Narrow Two-Story Design

Mix the elegance of tradition with the charm of country, and this plan is the result. Greeted by a hip pitched roof, gables, and a relaxed front porch, this house welcomes with an open floor plan and added bonus room. The two-story foyer and great room are separated by a second-floor balcony and a convenient U-shaped staircase. Built-ins border the great room's fireplace, and a plant shelf above the study ceiling is open to the foyer and stair. Allowing spaciousness, the great room connects to the kitchen by means of a pass-thru and flows into both the breakfast area and porch. The powder room is accessible from any part of the home. Delivery & Returns

If your order has not arrived as scheduled, please contact our Customer Sales & Support department at 800.388.7580 or email us. PDF and AutoCAD plan packages ordered before noon Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday, will be emailed the same day. Orders placed after noon Eastern Standard Time will be emailed the next business day. If you have requested an alternate foundation or wall construction, full reverse option or other modifications to your plan, consult a Customer Sales & Support representative for more information about the status of your order.
