Spacious Interior

Keystone arches over arched windows, bold brick and stucco gables, a traditional hip roof, and interior architectural columns make this spacious one-story home truly extraordinary. Eleven-foot ceilings grace the foyer, great room, dining room, and screened porch, while the kitchen, breakfast area, and bedroom/study are expanded by cathedral ceilings. Interior columns add definition to the open great room and dining room. A favorable split bedroom design secludes the master suite, replete with tray ceiling, his and her walk-in closets, and private bath. The nearby bedroom/study is adjacent to a powder room with an optional full bath design. Two family bedrooms, on the other side of the house, share a hall bath and nearby access to the bonus room.

Delivery & Returns

If your order has not arrived as scheduled, please contact our Customer Sales & Support department at 800.388.7580 or email us. PDF and AutoCAD plan packages ordered before noon Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday, will be emailed the same day. Orders placed after noon Eastern Standard Time will be emailed the next business day. If you have requested an alternate foundation or wall construction, full reverse option or other modifications to your plan, consult a Customer Sales & Support representative for more information about the status of your order.
