One PDF set of construction drawings stamped "Not For Construction" - for review only. May be upgraded to a PDF or AutoCAD within 180 days with payment of a nominal upgrade fee plus difference in cost. NO license to build is provided.

Two-Story Cottage Design

This charming cottage features a simple siding facade with a prominent center dormer and a front porch with columns. Skylights and a cathedral ceiling highlight the great room while an island and built-in pantry enhance the kitchen. Just steps away, the dining room features a bay window. The master suite opens to a spacious rear porch with a fireplace. Upstairs, find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The garage is located at the rear of the home and leads to a mudroom and adjoining utility room.

Orders placed after noon Eastern Standard Time will be emailed the next business day. If you have requested an alternate foundation or wall construction, full reverse option or other modifications to your plan, consult a Customer Sales & Support representative for more information about the status of your order.
