One PDF set of construction drawings stamped "Not For Construction" - for review only. May be upgraded to a PDF or AutoCAD within 180 days with payment of a nominal upgrade fee plus difference in cost. NO license to build is provided.

European Ranch with a three-car garage

This European Ranch features a three-car garage positioned at the rear of the home. The kitchen, dining area, and great room create an exceptionally open living space with coffered and vaulted ceilings adding custom-styled detail. The kitchen features a cooktop island, serving bar, walk-in pantry and e-space. Two doors in the dining room lead to the screened porch with fireplace and skylights.

Orders placed after noon Eastern Standard Time will be emailed the next business day. If you have requested an alternate foundation or wall construction, full reverse option or other modifications to your plan, consult a Customer Sales & Support representative for more information about the status of your order.
