NFC Review Set

One PDF set of construction drawings stamped "Not For Construction" - for review only. May be upgraded to a PDF or AutoCAD within 180 days with payment of a nominal upgrade fee plus difference in cost. NO license to build is provided.

Stunning Arched Entry

A charming European exterior comprised of stone and shake, the Montclair is not only low-maintenance but also a welcome look on any streetscape. An arched entryway greets guests in a friendly yet elegant manner, while an arched transom over the front door mirrors the graceful shape of the portico. The interior positions the bedrooms for privacy. Vaulted ceilings add vertical volume to the great room and master bedroom. With a spacious walk-in closet and bathroom complete with a separate tub and shower combination, the master suite promotes relaxation. Secondary bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home and share a full bath. Just inside the front door, guests are treated to a 13-foot ceiling and luxurious dining room. With columns defining the entrance to the dining room and great room, the open layout is instantly apparent.

Delivery & Returns

If your order has not arrived as scheduled, please contact our Customer Sales & Support department at 800.388.7580 or email us. PDF and AutoCAD plan packages ordered before noon Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday, will be emailed the same day. Orders placed after noon Eastern Standard Time will be emailed the next business day. If you have requested an alternate foundation or wall construction, full reverse option or other modifications to your plan, consult a Customer Sales & Support representative for more information about the status of your order.
