    To receive a modification estimate, please complete the form below.
    Modification projects typically take 4-12 weeks to complete. A completion time will be included in your estimate.

    Design In Progress (DIP) plans will take addition time to complete modifications. 

    The minimum project cost is $1,200.

    DIP plans take longer to modify.
    Choose the foundation type you need.
    Do you need the plan reversed (mirror image).
    Choose exterior wall construction required.
    Describe the modifications you wish to make and include an attachment with additional information if necessary.
    Please provide the location where this house will be built. If you do not have a specific address, please at least provide the zip code.
    Uploaded file must be a jpeg, PDF or a Word document and be no larger than 25 megabytes.
