This will allow you to purchase and schedule a one-hour virtual modification consultation. During this one-hour consultation we will gather the needed information about what you'd like modified, allowing us to provide an accurate cost estimate. The virtual modification consultation fee is nonrefundable.

You will need to know the following in order to schedule a consultation.

• Plan Name or Number
• Location, address or ZIP code where home will be built
• A short description of what you want modified

Modification projects typically take 4-12 weeks to complete. A completion time will be included in your estimate. The minimum modification fee is $3,000. Modifications are not available for Designs in Progress.
