One-story brick home plan

A pleasing mixture of styles, this home combines a traditional brick veneer with an otherwise country home appearance. Built-ins flank the fireplace in the great room, while a soaring cathedral ceiling expands the room visually. The kitchen's angled counter opens the room to both the breakfast bay and great room, and a large screened porch, with access from both the great room and master suite, serves as a casual area for family relaxation. More built-in shelves just outside the master suite provide room for books and curios. The vaulted master bedroom adjoins a private bath with oversized walk-in closet. The front bedroom and bedroom/study share a roomy hall bath with large linen closet. An additional half bath is located near the utility room and bonus room stairs.

Delivery & Returns

If your order has not arrived as scheduled, please contact our Customer Sales & Support department at 800.388.7580 or email us. PDF and AutoCAD plan packages ordered before noon Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday, will be emailed the same day. Orders placed after noon Eastern Standard Time will be emailed the next business day. If you have requested an alternate foundation or wall construction, full reverse option or other modifications to your plan, consult a Customer Sales & Support representative for more information about the status of your order.
