Arched windows, gables, and a covered front porch provide the perfect welcome home for this country brick house plan. Making the formal introductions, the foyer features interior accent columns which punctuate both the vaulted dining room and flexible living room/study. The family room features a cathedral ceiling, and a U-shaped kitchen is open to the vaulted breakfast room. Secluded on the first floor, the master suite features a tray ceiling and ample closet space, while the bath is highlighted by a garden tub with picture window. PDF and AutoCAD plan packages ordered before noon Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday, will be emailed the same day. Orders placed after noon Eastern Standard Time will be emailed the next business day. If you have requested an alternate foundation or wall construction, full reverse option or other modifications to your plan, consult a Customer Sales & Support representative for more information about the status of your order.
