One PDF set of construction drawings stamped "Not For Construction" - for review only. May be upgraded to a PDF or AutoCAD within 180 days with payment of a nominal upgrade fee plus difference in cost. NO license to build is provided.

Two-Story European Design

This European dream home features a stone, stucco, and siding facade with multiple gables drawing the eye upward. The two-story foyer leads to a great room with surrounding windows and a fireplace. The island kitchen is tucked away to keep messes out of sight and enjoys an attached breakfast nook and wet bar. A large dining room is nearby for family gatherings. When the weather is nice, step outside to the screened porch and patio. Skylights and a cathedral ceiling top the master suite. Dual walk-in closets lead to a thoughtfully designed master bathroom with separate vanities, a freestanding bathtub, and a walk-in shower. A bedroom/office is downstairs with a full bathroom. The utility room is centrally located and easily accessible from all bedrooms. Upstairs, find three additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an optional bonus room.
