A Touch Of Old World Flair

A hipped roof combines with stucco and stone to create an elegant elevation with a touch of Old World flair. Arches frame circle-top transoms, and a cupola tops the side-entry garage. By using columns and a minimum of walls to designate rooms, the floorplan is remarkably open. Tray ceilings in the dining room and master bedroom, along with cathedral ceilings in the great room and secondary bedroom, add sophistication and visual space. The kitchen offers a pass-thru, which services the great room. A French door leads from the master bedroom to the rear porch, and the master bathroom includes a double vanity, separate shower, garden tub and private privy. Delivery & Returns

PDF and AutoCAD plan packages ordered before noon Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday, will be emailed the same day. Orders placed after noon Eastern Standard Time will be emailed the next business day. If you have requested an alternate foundation or wall construction, full reverse option or other modifications to your plan, consult a Customer Sales & Support representative for more information about the status of your order.
