Stone, siding and metal roofing over the front porch and garage dormer add a touch of the arts-n-crafts to a farmhouse style. Three columns create an inviting entrance, while a sidelight and transom enhance the front door and usher in natural light. Inside, a natural traffic flow follows a circular pattern. A bay window expands the breakfast nook, and a serving counter separates the kitchen from the great room. Built-in cabinetry lies on both sides of the fireplace, and French doors lead to the rear porch. Dividing the open, two-story foyer from the great room, a balcony leads to two secondary bedrooms and a large bonus room. The bonus room could even be transformed into a guest suite, or it could be divided to form two areas.

PDF and AutoCAD plan packages ordered before noon Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday, will be emailed the same day. Orders placed after noon Eastern Standard Time will be emailed the next business day. If you have requested an alternate foundation or wall construction, full reverse option or other modifications to your plan, consult a Customer Sales & Support representative for more information about the status of your order.
