This hillside walkout features Traditional style and a more defined floorplan. Box bay windows with metal roofs, along with dormers, decorative windows and transoms create curb appeal, while columns and a dramatic entry add to a stately ambiance. From the front entryway, eyes lead straight out French doors to the deck. The foyer is flanked by a versatile study/bedroom and the dining room. PDF and AutoCAD plan packages ordered before noon Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday, will be emailed the same day. Orders placed after noon Eastern Standard Time will be emailed the next business day. If you have requested an alternate foundation or wall construction, full reverse option or other modifications to your plan, consult a Customer Sales & Support representative for more information about the status of your order.
