We have new photography of The Sydney house plan 1438!
The Sydney house plan 1438 was built by Southernwood Homes in Blairsville, Georgia.
Decorative brackets and cedar shakes enhance the gables of this angled design, giving it a distinctly rustic charm. Built on a sloping lot, this version of The Sydney is modified to an unfinished basement foundation.
Just inside the foyer entry, a coat closet and powder room provide convenience. The vaulted great room features a fireplace framed by built-in bookcases and additional display shelves. The angled kitchen island overlooks the dining room, while the screened porch and open porch extend the entertaining space outdoors. A side porch provides a convenient entrance through the mudroom, which includes bench seating, a walk-in pantry, and a spacious utility room nearby.
The master suite boasts a vaulted ceiling and private porch access. The efficient master bathroom leads to a spacious walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms share a bathroom and offer ample storage. Additionally, a bonus room above the garage offers extra square footage.
