Small House Plans

As you enter the home, the dining area, great room, and kitchen blend into one open area, with a single column providing definition. Every square foot of area is maximized. The design saves square footage with slightly smaller bedrooms, opting instead to provide a central space for entertaining needs.

Small house plans also often feature a large porch or patio incorporated into the design. This extends the living area outdoors, without adding square footage to the home. 

Finally, these small home plans typically have the same modern amenities homeowners want in a newly built home, like walk-in master closets and two or more bathrooms, but on a smaller scale.
