The Ambroise is designed with an oversized utility room to easily accommodate the washer/dryer, a utility sink, and plenty of cabinet and counter space. This utility room is conveniently located just off the garage entry hallway and adjacent to the kitchen. It also has a separate entry from the front porch which makes a great mud room entry. This utility room is perfect for any size family!
