Foundation:

The Calvin was originally designed on a crawlspace foundation but this homeowner modified the foundation to a walkout basement to better fit their lot. This is the homeowners second Don Gardner home!

Framing:

Framing of The Calvin is almost complete! This home is being built on a hillside walkout foundation and in full reverse.

Drywall and Cabinets:

Drywall is complete and cabinets are being installed!

Move-in Ready:
